Our Auction Process

Register - You must have a valid ID. You can register the same day. You must register for each auction.

To participate in our live auctions you can be here in the flesh or come the same day of the auction and place a silent bid.

All purchases are paid in cash or check. Credit card has a 5% fee charged.

About our Auctions

Our auctions are consignment auctions or estate sales. We offer several auction services.

By appointment, our knowledgeable staff will come to your location to evalute the value of your estate.

Evaluation cost - starts at $50 ( if Crim de la Crim handles the estate, there is no fee)

Upon evaluation, our staff will arrange pick up of your items. The fee is based on the estate size, location, and time line.

Once auction takes place, books are closed on the last day of the month and your check is issued on the 15th of the following month.

Base prices start at 40%.
